PT inter- house was organised today at three levels junior , middle and senior for the girls n boys. Children took keen interest and showed a lot of passion and enthusiasm in their act...! The participants later joined the headmaster for a cup of tea ...!

    PPS , Nabha Humanities Students doing Geography, Political Science , History , Legal Studies, etc went on three days visit to Delhi to experience first hand knowledge of their subjects and career . They met Session Judge at Karnal District Court, there students interacted with them and asked about the career in Judiciary. They visited Teen Murti House Museum, Nehru Planetarium, and Rashtrapati Bhawan. It was highly learning experience for them.
    They met in the Parliament R203 Sardar Partap Singh Bajwa ( Member of Parliament) , who later took them at his residence for high tea.!
      The New India Education Summit (NIES) 2019 brought together some of the finest educators, institutions and innovators, to ideate and work towards the goal of ‘Education 2030’ through ‘strengthening framework and building infrastructure’.
      Day one  kicked off with a welcome note from Dr. Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster of The Punjab Public School and Ravi Santlani, Founder & CEO of ScooNews. Together, they set the stage for further discussions and deliberations that paved the path for the theme ‘Education 2030’.
      B.L. Sharma, Education Secretary, Dept. of Education, Chandigarh, Rubinderjit Singh Brar, PCS, Director School Education, Dept. of Education, Chandigarh and Dr. Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster, The Punjab Public School, Nabha discussed the state of education in Chandigarh and shared impressive insights with the audience.

      Lt. Col. A. Sekhar, Director Education of SAI International Group of Schools had open house discussion. 
      The event saw various panel discussions on topics around the theme ‘Education 2030’.
      Additionally, the moderators who are innovators in the field, helped steer the discussion to align with the goals of the summit.
      Day one ended on a fitting note with a Punjabi Potpourri hosted by The Punjab Public School children , followed by dinner...!
        A special assembly was conducted this morning in the Jr School on the auspicious occasion of 550th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji ,where the Young Nabhaites enlightened the audience with their speeches and Shabad Kirtan and emphasized on the teachings of Guru Nanak regarding mankind's earning an honest living and contemplating God's name and sharing amongst  the society.Here are some glimpses of the programme.

            Final Day of IPSC saw a complete dominance of PPS , Nabha in the event...!
            PPS Nabha emerged as the IPSC Champions whereas, 
            Assam Valley School , Assam were runners up 
            Headmaster , Dr Jagpreet Singh gave away the prizes and encouraged the young riders with motivational words..! 
            Col Sarpratap Singh announced of presenting the PPS, Riding Dare Devils with a pure marwari horse...!

              Documentary Peering Warrior takes everyone on a nostalgic journey to the forgotten Forts of Pakistan. Mr Amardeep Singh, author engaged in an intriguing session with children on his travels and related issues. Sending a powerful message of oneness and positive thinking, Mr Singh urged the youth to create passion rather than simply following it. The session was highly appreciated by the audience. Headmaster , Dr Jagpreet Singh presented a token of deeply felt gratitude to Mr Singh and wished him all the best for his future endeavours.
                Day three was a challenging and enthusiastic day for the young riders...! The young riders from various schools showed their talent in the competition...! PPS Riders continued to dominate....!
                  Mr Amardeep Singh, a prominent face in the literary circle addressed the students and shared his journey of travels across the conflict zones. Talking about the challenges , promoting the message of oneness remained the key areas of his talk. Showcasing his documentary, Peering Soul which featured his extensive travels and remnants of Sikh Spiritual Legacy in Pakistan.
                  Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster presented a token of deeply felt gratitude to the speaker. It was followed by Headmaster’s Dinner.
                    Children started with lot of excitement and enthusiasm on Day 2 . In the Evening was the most awaited “ Headmasters Dinner “ ...!
                      Maj Gen Narpat Singh Rajpurohit, VSM, MG ASC HQ WESTERN COMMAND presided over the Opening Ceremony of 22nd All India IPSC (Boys and Girls) Championship. 5 teams are participating in the Competition.The Championship is set to witness some exceptional events for next three days. Headmaster, Dr Jagpreet Singh presented a token of deeply felt gratitude to the Chief Guest. He wished the teams all the best and thanked the Chief Guest for gracing the occasion.
                        Dr Sumer Singh, an eminent educationist presided over the Closing Ceremony of IPSC Teachers’ Conclave. Mr Arijit Ghosh set the ball rolling with first session of the day deliberating on the relative role of IT in today’s life. Ms Nisha , Director -Principal , Navayuga World School brought an integrated approach in the classroom. 
                        Mrs. Jyotsna Brar summed up the takeaways from  thoughtful sessions imparting pearls of wisdom from her experience. Dr Sumer Singh shared his own valuable inputs and gave away the certificates to delegates. Dr Jagpreet Singh presented a token of deeply felt love and gratitude to Mrs Brar and Dr Singh. Headmaster , Dr Singh extended heartfelt thanks to all delegates for participating and wished each one a successful career.
                          The day concluded with Punjabi Tadka- a Cultural Evening. Delegates couldn’t resist putting their foot forward on dance floor. Giddha, Bhangra and Gatka stole the show. Enjoying the sumptuous meal at Punjabi Dhaba , guests and delegates called it a day.
                            An  eye opening session by Mr Rakshit Tandon, Director/Co Founder Hackdev Technology. Dr Ashok Pandey, Director, Ahlcon Group of Schools made an interesting presentation about the changing scene in education. Post lunch witnessed a session by Mr Vikramjit Singh, an eminent trainer and historian who shared his personal journey citing anecdotes as to how technology can be inculcated in every subject and sphere. Dr Sarvesh Naidu, Director Pathways World School made a captivating presentation on the changing role of technology in today’s time. Reflections gave an interactive opportunity to all the delegates. The last session of the day moderated by Mr Arijit Ghosh, Vice President, Education Quality, Foundation of India with eminent educators on the panel left the minds churning.
                              IPSC Teachers’ Conclave formally kicked off on 3rd morning at PPS, Nabha. Hon’ble Justice Nirmaljit Kaur presided over the opening ceremony. In her address to the gathering, she called upon the educational fraternity to take the onus of responsible revolution in technology. Her address left a deep impact on everybody’s mind....!!
                                 Teachers’ from nearly 25 IPSC schools gathered for an Ice Breaking Session at IPSC Teachers’ Conclave. Jam session coupled with fun fiesta and games enthralled one and all. Eminent educationists, renowned keynote speakers are expected to grace the two days Conclave. It was followed by Headmaster’s Dinner.
