Red Cross Society organises Magic Show for students. Students were fascinated by the tricks and enjoyed the afternoon with Magician ! 
    Mr Suresh Mathur, an eminent educationist addressed the students in Pavate Hall this morning. He fondly recalled his childhood spent growing up in a family of educationists. In an interesting and interactive session with students , he shared the Mottos of many schools across India and their symbolic meaning. He urged the young minds to be dedicated to their community and above all be a good human being. Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster presented token of deeply felt love to Mr and Mrs Mathur. He proposed vote of thanks. The assembly ended with National Anthem. 
      Mr Ramesh Vinayak , Executive Editor, Hindustan Times graced the Closing Ceremony. He was joined by Mrs Vinayak. Headmaster, Dr Jagpreet Singh welcomed the Chief Guest and distinguished guests. Chief Guest gave away the prizes to winners, token of fond remembrance to the teams and teacher escorts. Mayo College, Ajmer won the Best Delegation and Welham Boys’ won the runners up trophy. In his address to the gathering, Mr Vinayak complimented the visiting teams, and  host school for putting up a spectacular show. He gave valuable advice from his days in journalism during Kargil War. 
      The ceremony came to an end with National Anthem 
        Day 2 of PPSMUN witnessed serious deliberations. Sessions focusing on making the world a peaceful and safe cure place kept the delegates busy throughout. The day ended with much awaited ‘Socials’ as delegates hit the dance floor and let their hair down to unwind themselves.

          The day came to an end with The Headmaster’s Dinner.
          Headmaster Dr Jagpreet Singh joined all delegates at Dinner and admired their work on Day 1.....!
            Seven students escorted by their teacher from Sunbeam School, Varanasi are here for a week long AFS Exchange Program. The day started with Ice -Breaking session coupled with activities on Sustainable Goals. It was followed by Craft Workshop.Next morning all were out for a cycle trip and enjoyed the langar in the famous gurudwara...! Perfect way of Inter-Cultural Learning.!
              PPS MUN formally kicked off this morning. Mr KC Singh, Former Diplomat and presently  Member, Board of Governors of the Forum for Strategic Initiatives presided the opening ceremony. The ceremony started with lamp lighting and Ganesh Vandana. In his keynote address to more than 250 delegates from 22 schools, he dwelt at length about the role of UN and present scenario in the world. He urged the youth to take on the responsibility and deliberate on making this world a better, peaceful place to live in. Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster presented a token of deeply felt love and gratitude to the Chief Guest. He thanked Mr KC Singh for presiding over the ceremony. Dr Singh extended his bet wishes to the visiting teams for MUN. Later half of the day witnessed the various committees deliberating  on the theme and keynote address. The day came to an end with Headmaster’s Dinner. 
                Fun filled Ice Breaking Session set the perfect mood for three day MUN scheduled to start tomorrow. Hunt the right shoe,Musical Chairs with a twist, Dancing Statue were some of the games.  Wishing everyone a comfortable stay and fruitful experience  ahead ! 

                  Mr Rajeev Bakshi, a prominent name in the Corporate Sector interacted with students sharing about his struggles and hardships. A highly motivating session culminated into question answer session with young ones eager to learn about the glamorous corporate world. 
                  Mr. Rajeev Bakshi served as Managing Director and Vice President at METRO Cash and Carry India Private Limited from June 2010 to February 2 2016. Mr. Bakshi served as Joint Managing Director at ICICI Venture from February 2008 to November 2009. He was with ICICI Venture since 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President - Commercial of Asia Pacific for Pepsi Co. He spent nine years with Mondelez India Foods Limited (formerly Cadbury India Ltd.). During his time at Mondelez India Foods, he served as the Managing Director of its India operations and also served as the Managing Director of its South African business. He began his career with Lakme India, where he spent 13 years in different roles, culminating in being appointed the Head of Sales and Marketing for Lakme India. He also serves on the Boards of I-Ven MediCare and RFCL. He served as the Chairman of PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited for over five years. Mr. Bakshi has been a Non-Executive & Independent Director at Marico Limited since July 17, 2003. He has been an Independent Non-executive Director of Cummins India Ltd since October 20, 2000. He served as Director of Avantor Performance Materials India Limited. He served as Director of ICICI Venture from February 2008 to November 2009. He served as Director of METRO Cash and Carry India Private Limited until February 2, 2016. Mr. Bakshi has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He was joined by his Batchmates - Gen Anil Mehta and Mr Modi, a reputed businessman. 
                  Dr Jagpreet Singh presented a token of deeply felt love and gratitude to them.

                    Batch of 1969 celebrated their Golden Jubilee on April 14, 2019. The day started with Vahan Poojan and presentation of New School Bus by Munjal Family (Hero Group). It was followed by Commemorative Class, Special Assembly and Cultural Programme where the Batch of 1969 students were honoured. Followed by Tree Plantation in Headmaster’s Green, Old and Young Nabhaites interacted during High Tea. The day ended with ONA dinner. 

                      Annual Baisakhi Fete was inaugurated by the First Lady Ms Sonia Singh in the Main Fields. Students and Visitors had a gala time playing various games, enjoying swings , munching snacks. Many staff and students got lucky at winning the prizes. Headmaster Dr Jagpreet Singh congratulated all the winners.
                        Mr Inder Raj Ahluwalia, an eminent travel author, journalist kept the audience hooked with his ‘Principles’ gained from travel at the Annual Lt Gen Gurbachan Singh Memorial Lecture at Pavate Hall. His captivating, enthralling journey with the gathering left the audience asking for more. Students didn’t leave the opportunity of asking him questions endlessly. Headmaster, Dr Jagpreet  Singh, Members of Gen Buch’s family and distinguished guests unveiled the third book of Mr Ahluwalia. Headmaster, Dr Singh proposed vote of thanks and the gathering gave a standing ovation to the Keynote Speaker. Headmaster presented a token of deeply felt love and gratitude to the Keynote Speaker. He also extended thanks to the people for coming over. Mr Ahluwalia obliged long queue of fans signing books for them. The evening came to an end with National Anthem. 
                          An Entertainment Evening as part of Diamond Jubilee Celebration witnessed the Voice of India fame ‘Parakhjeet Singh’ performing the hit musical tracks. He kept the audience glued with his melodious performance. He obliged the gathering by singing songs on demand. Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster presented a token of deeply felt love to the budding singer. He complimented and wished singer all the best for his upcoming projects. 

                            Two day Leadership Camp for Class XII and School Appointments concluded today. Highly energetic, stimulating sessions set the thinking tanks on. The Camp involved around habits, hurdles, expectations and challenges of a leader. Students designed their wheels of balance, learnt how to set priorities and make commitments. 
                            Budding leaders did role plays, learnt time management, dealing with stress. It encouraged the collaboration and team work to reach the pinnacle of success. The camp ended with students taking pledge to fulfil the promises made to themselves.
                              Festival Match between Staff and Students took place in the Main Fields this evening. Staff took the lead with 4-2 and won the match. Student community kept the ‘Josh’ high by cheering for the teams. Headmaster, Dr Jagpreet Singh applauded the winners. It was followed by Tea and Snacks. 
                                Mr Jai Singh Gill, President Executive Committee laid the Foundation Stone of the ‘Cambridge Block’ this morning. Lt Gen TK Sapru, Mr A S Pannu, Dr Sumer Singh and Mrs Indu, Ms Geetu Gupta were also present for the auspicious ceremony. Parents, Students and Staff attended the same. It was followed by High Tea.  In a special assembly conducted in Pavate Hall, Mr Jai Singh Gill extended his heartfelt wishes and acknowledged the vision of educationists on Board for bringing up the idea of Cambridge Curriculum. He wished everyone all the very best for the upcoming programs. Mr Gill presented a token of love to all the Honourable Members present. Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster presented a token of deeply felt love gratitude to Mr Gill. Dr Singh thanked Hon’ble Governor, Punjab Shri V P Singh Badnore for his vision and selfless thought of introducing Cambridge Curriculum which will bring a new dimension to the school. He also thanked every member for being a constant guiding force for the betterment of the school. The assembly concluded with National Anthem.
