Online IPSC Students’ Conclave (Day-2)

Day-2 of the Online IPSC Students’ Conclave began on a high note. Headmaster Mr Ajay Singh welcomed the delegates and the motivational speaker Mr Ketan Bhagat. Apoorva Singh shared the worthy credentials of Mr Bhagat with the participants. Mr Bhagat spoke on the theme– “Deconstructing Leadership for i-Generation”. It was a very interactive session. He shared three inputs on the changing dynamics of leadership for Gen Z. The inputs are:

(i) The competition is no longer with the outside world.
(ii) The competition is now with our own self.
(iii) It is ok to be yourself in this world.

Mr Bhagat took queries of the participants. It was followed by the delegates joining the respective ERs for deliberating on the key points of the keynote address. The first session was devoted exclusively for discussing the concepts of old leadership and the need for a new model of leadership better suited to the needs of the i-Generation. The second session focused on the practical application of the concepts and points discussed in the first session. Deputy Headmaster Dr Gurvinder Kaur was also present.
