Be Ahead takes the Leadership Workshop to next level ..!

Two day Leadership Workshop was organised for Class XII and Prefectorial Body by the team BE AHEAD. Long but fun filled and fruitful sessions aimed to teach the seven habits of a leader through an activity. Students were given challenges to prepare their wheel of fortune. They also prepared their respective pledge cards with emphasis on goals for the upcoming year. It also included pre-assessment and post assessment by the students themselves. A detailed personality type profiling helped the young leaders gaining a better insight not only about themselves but also of their dear friends. Concluding on a successful note, the leaders made an yearly journal to be followed for the timely and effective planning.
