Headmaster takes counselling session in Junior School

Headmaster Dr DC Sharma conducted a Counselling Session for students of Junior School on January 20, 2023. He spoke at length on the importance of cultivating values. The society is in dire need of good human beings who will take humanity to the next level of evolution, he said. Besides, he spoke at length on the topic “Purpose of Education”. It was an interactive session in which he encouraged students to seek clarification. He sensitised them on the misplaced craze for social media amongst youth. He appealed to them to be wary of it and lead a safe and hassle-free life. Instead, one should be updating oneself on various developments happening at district, state, national or international level. Dr Sharma has already initiated a novel practice of reading out news headlines in groups during Library Lessons.
On this occasion, he gave away SOF Gold Medals of Excellence to ten students for excelling in SOF- International General Knowledge Olympiad (2022-23).
